| Ok, boys and... other boys.
Who's up for another shindig in Blackpool next February?
Or have we all got disillusioned/ hacked off with the whole thing...?

| My mum got married on her birthday, and 7th February is her 80th birthday, and also my mum and dad's golden wedding anniversary. We're planning a surprise family get-together for them which, for me, will necessitate paying for flights up to Inverness and accommodation for a weekend.
So this pretty much rules me out financially from Blackpool next year...
Unless those 6 numbers come up between now and then...

| I'm planning to go. Not done any magic at all for months - but drinking beer and watching others do some will be a nice weekend for me.

| The only thing stopping me signing up right now is my wife. I went and got her pregnant again and the due date is March 31st, which is just a month after BP. So, if things are looking good towards that time, then I'll make the trip - if only to see the unveiling of the IDeck on Alakazam's stand (still mate's rates is it, Noel? ). If things are looking dodgy, I'd rather be nearby when Powell Jr No.2 pops into the world. Also, I might not go for the whole weekend this time, which would be a first, but it would be good to go and catch up with some of you. I know Simon's up for it as he phoned me. Anyone else...? | |

..... unless Simon was calling to say "Oh, by the way, I've impregnated your wife."Dave (Good taste should have tempted me not to post that. At least, it would if I had any.)

| I'm going to have to skip Blackpool next year for a number of reasons, main one being that I want to be near and support my (then) heavily pregnant wife.
The other being that I can't really afford to go all that way and spend a small fortune on magic that I'll never use (even if it is a wallet...).
So... to all the guys that are going, have a blast. Eat one of those Rock Cafe burgers and drink a Winter Gardens pint for me.
