Hello!!!

Hi, Guys. Glad so many of you have signed onto this board. We are hanging on by our fingernails...but, hanging on.

I've been slowly, but surely, creeping away from mentalism and back into magic. Not that I don't like mentalism any longer but I now have a graddaughter and I know that there will be lots of birthday parties and shol "Show and Tell" days, etc. Just brushing up. In particular, I'm getting into cups and balls, Professor's Nightmare, sponge balls (including Dan Garrett's Multiplying Bananas) and other visual, easy to understand, magic.

On a serious note, for a moment, it is good that we have a new pub. As much as I didn't use the HHMP much, I did pop in regularly to keep up to speed with what was going on, so when the site suddenly closed down, there was a small part of me that was sad as I thought I'd lost touch with a really decent bunch of people - most of whom I hadn't even met!! This is without doubt the oddest circle of friends I've had, in the sense that we've never met, but it is also the most friendly bunch and generous bunch I have ever met.

I'm going to stop now before someone thinks I'm taking the p*ss. Remember this rare moment of sentimentality, you'll be lucky to see it again. You bunch of fudge packers!! Twisted Evil

No, haven't been hiding, just not been around much this year, what with the new baby and moving jobs over the summer which was a bit of a ballache.

Decided to dip back in to HHMP for a nose around only to find it had disappeared.
